Show Nutritionist's Sugar Ideas Reported By Anson B. Changing food habits j is abount as hard as changing I religion and politics, but it can be done, particularly when sugar has j become a weapon of war. j "It is our patriotic duty to ac-1 ac-1 cept sugar rationing and like it. We still have enough' sugar to satisfy all normal needs. "We are not going to feel sorry for ourselves if sugar rationing is the hardest thing we are asked to do to help win this war. Remember Re-member the health of the American Ameri-can people will be improved when more people eat less sugar. "Sugar rationing is one of the best things that could happen to the American people. Too many decayed teeth and other physical ailments are common results of too much sugar. "Sugar is one of the purest forms of energy available for the human hu-man body but there are plenty of other energy foods. Sugar contains con-tains nothing but calories.
