Show NOTICE OF INTENTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of St. George, of the intention of said Council to make the following follow-ing described improvements, to-wit: to-wit: A Culinary Water Extension District, to be known as Water Works District Number 5, and defray the expense thereof by local assessment. The City Council Coun-cil intends to defray the expense of said extension amounting to the sum of $1040.00 by local assessment as-sessment upon the blocks, lots, parts of lots or lands within the following described district, being the district to be affected or benefitted bene-fitted by said improvement, namely: Lots (4) and five (5), block forty-four (44); Lots three (3), four (4), five (5), and six (6), block forty-eight (48); All of block forty-nine (49); Lots two (2) and three (3), block fifty-one (51); Lots one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4), block fifty (50); All of Fractional Block six (6), all in PLAT A, St. George City Survey; All protests and objections to the carrying out of such inten- tion, or making such improvement must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before 2 o'clock P. M., on the 21st day of April, 1941, being the time set by said Council when it will hear and consider such objections as may be made. By order of the City Council.
