Show SANTA CLARA Miss Laura Gubler Reporter Relief Society anniversary was celebrated Saturday night with a large group in attendance. A program pro-gram was given which included the following: quartet consisting of Ernest Rebcr, Henry Graff, Lee Reber, and Vivian J. Frei gave several numbers; "Sam and Tildy's Courtship," Mrs. Jessie Frei and Clair Hafen; history of first Relief Re-lief Society, Mrs. John M. Stucki; readings by Mrs. Edward R. Frei, Jr. and Mrs. Emil Gubler; musical selection by George Tobler. Dancing Dan-cing followed the program with refreshments served to 85 members mem-bers and their partners. Miss Anna Gubler was a visitor at Overton with Mrs. Ella Perkins over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Stucki were visitors here Saturday from Salt Lake City at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ray. Wilford Knight spent Saturday and Sunday at Good Springs, returning re-turning with him were Mr. and Mrs. Afton Knight and son who will stay for several days. Miss Irene Graff left Saturday for California to spend some time with Mrs. and Mrs. Walter Christian. Chris-tian. Mrs. Clark Frei spent the week end here from Kamas, with Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Frei. Mrs. Grant Graff accompanied her husband to California for several sev-eral days visit. J. C. Frei spent Saturday at Logandale, Nevada, on business. |
