Show Dixie College Hews The college intramural program in basketball is getting in full swing this week. The boys have been organized into seven squads of eight men each, with play getting get-ting under way last Monday. The schedule will continue until the latter part of February. Team captains are: Lloyd Adams, Lester Gubler. Don Lund, Ken Chamberlain, Chamber-lain, Kaye Hunt, Alpine Prince and Walter Snow. The girls are now organizing for a similiar program. D. J. C. Forty girls met Monday night with Mrs. Pauline Christensen to plan for a dance revue to be given March 31 and April 1. With this talent Mrs. Christensen hopes to put on an excellent entertainment. D. J. C. The college classes are competing com-peting in the next few weeks in the presentation of assembly programs. pro-grams. The first of the programs will be given by the juniors, Friday Fri-day at 12 a. m. The winning group is promised trips to nearby schools, also the opportunity of presenting the program at Topaz, Japanese relocation center. D. J. C. It was revealed at the recent , meeting of the State Board of Education held at Salt Lake City that plans are complete for the providing of educational training of junior college students wounded in action or discharged for other physical cause. Full tuition will be paid by the government. There are already a few people eligible for instruction at Dixie, and plans are being made to satisfy their needs.
