Show Plans Announced for Two More Adult Courses Plans have been completed for the giving of two additional courses to the patrons of the Dixie college. One of these is a course in "Animal Life of Utah", with Dr. Ross Hardy as the instructor. A large number of teachers of Washington Wash-ington county have already made arrangements to enroll, and all others interested in the subject are invited to register. Most of the teachers are enrolling en-rolling for upper division credit at the University of Utah, as the course is given under the direction direc-tion of the Extension Division of that university. Others who desire de-sire credit may obtain it, or they may enroll as auditors. Five credit hours are offered. The first session of this course will be Friday night at 7:30 in Room 11 of the Science building. Arrangements for further classes will be made at that time. The second adult course now offered is one in "Repair, Operation Oper-ation and Construction of Farm Machinery and Equipment", with' Ray Garner as the instructor. This class will meet for the first time next Monday night at 8 o'clock. It is planned to meet two or three times a week, with the course to be completed in not more than six weeks. The farmers farm-ers will bring their own machinery machin-ery and equipment for repair under expert instruction. Those interested in the course are asked to meet next Monday for further details. A nominal fee only will be charged for this course. |
