Show Miss Ruby Seegmiller and Lieut. Dall Black Marry At Fort Lewis, Wash. Chapel No. 3 at Fort Lewis, Wash., was the setting, Jan. 1, for the military double-ring ceremony cere-mony which united in marriage Miss Ruby Seegmiller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Seegmiller Seeg-miller of this city, and Lieut. Dal Black of Salt Lake City, who is stationed at Fort Lewis in military mili-tary training. Chaplain Dean W. Geary read the ceremony. The bride wore a smart afternoon after-noon dress of golden brown wool with a corsage of orchids and accessories ac-cessories of dusty pink velvet. She was given away by Captain John H. Grosser. Lieut. Robert A. Flournoy, inmiate friend of the groom was best man, and his wife, Ruth Fournoy was matron of honor. Following the ceremony a dinner din-ner party which included a dozen couples from the Post was given at one of Tacoma's smart night clubs. Mrs. Black will reside in Tacoma while her husband remains re-mains at Fort Lewis. |
