Show St. George Camp 1st. Lieut. Douglas Price Med-Res., Med-Res., who has been on temporary duty at the Henriville CCC Camp, reported for duty at Company 2558 Monday afternoon. Lieut. Price is Company surgeon for the Leeds Company as well as the St. George CCC Company. Mr. Lester Parker returned from his leave which he and Mrs. Parker pleasantly spent in California. Califor-nia. Mr. Parker is a member of the technical staff of DG-45, St. George. Last Saturday evening ten boys were received at CCC Company 2558 from the Milford CCC Company Com-pany which was disbanded. Company 2558 will be agument-ed agument-ed by ninety new recruits next Saturday when the new replacements replace-ments will arrive for the tenth period. At the present time it is unknown un-known from which state the new boys will come. At the last meeting of the committee com-mittee on education plans were formulated to start several new vocational classes. Auto Mechanics acetyline welding, bookkeeping, surveying and a class in dramatics and algebra will be started immediately im-mediately upon arrival of the new rookies. The committee on Education for company 2558 is composed of Capt. Fred Klenk, commanding officer. Supt. D. M. Thompson, educational director K. G. Anderson and Henry Mirtic, assistant educational education-al director. The Committee meets twice each month to plan the educational education-al activities of the company. |
