Show Rapid Progress Reported By Roy A. West On Institute B!dg. Work on the New Instutute of Religion building at the Dixie Junior College is progressing rapidly rapid-ly and it is expected to be completed com-pleted by Christmas, according to Roy A. West, Instructor of college Institute classes. The building, which is being financed fin-anced by the L.D.S. Church and local contributions, will cost approximately ap-proximately $17,000.00. This will include furnishings. When completed the building will be white on the outside with a red tile roof. Arrangements have been made to have the grounds landscaped by M. O. Ashton, the Church landscape architect. Inside there will be two main class rooms; a room for high school Seminary classes and an Institute room for college classes. iThe Church Department of Education Edu-cation is supplying funds to fur-jnish fur-jnish the Institute rooms. At the present time Theology classes are being held in the Tabernacle, but as soon as the new building is completed classes will be held there. |
