Show Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Jennings Announce The Marriage Of Their Daughter, Helen Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Jennings announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter, Helen, to Eldon Snow Lang, son of Mr. and Mrs. Parley Lang, of this city, which took place Saturday evening, April 27. Obtaining their license in St. George, the couple drove to Cedar City where the marriage took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Snow, uncle and aunt of the groom, with Bp. George Grimshaw reading the ceremony. Accompanying them to Cedar City were the bride's sister, Miss Lois Jennings, who came from Provo for the event, her girl chum, Miss LaRue Kunz, and Dick Morris, friend of Miss Kunz. A post-bridal shower and party honored Mrs. Lang Tuesday evening eve-ning at the home of Mrs. Moroni McArthur, with Mrs. Leon Jennings, Jen-nings, Mrs. Everett Syphus and Mrs. Ellen Briggs as co-hostesses. A program of games, stunts, music singing and readings was directed by Mrs. Emil Gubler of Santa Clara. Refreshments were served to 60 guests. The bride was the recipient re-cipient of many beautiful and useful use-ful gifts. The couple will make their home in St. George where Mr. Lang has been employed by O. P. Skaggs for the past several years. |
