Show Many Students Expected To Attend Music and Health Day Here Friday, May 3 Four Bands, 2 Orchestras And Half Dozen Choruses To Participate Woodward, Dixie junior college, Hurricane and Enterprise will bring their students in a mass to ; County Music and Health Day to be held in St. George May 3. Approximately 1500 high school students and teachers will meet to enjoy each other's company, listen to and take part in music and health demonstrations, it was an- nounced today by Supt. Milton 5 E. Moody. Students are expected here at 9 a.m. and will assemble in the Recreation hall where four bands, two orchestras, half a dozen choruses and many instrumental and vocal solos will entertain the lare group until noon. Dean Peterson will be chairman with E. J. Bleak, Owen L. Burgener, Charles Olsen and Heber Holt directing numbers. After this program pro-gram the visiting students, all bus students, and visiting teachers will be served a sack lunch. Local students are asked to go to their homes for lunch. At 1:30 p.m. at the college ' stadium the crowd will participate III UltT lUUUlllg CVC11W. posture parade under the direction direc-tion of Miss Buggert, girls danc- , jng, tumbling, archery, Badminton, jump-the rope, volley ball, touch 'D football, scrimage, demonstration 5, in first aid, corrective exercises, i, and calisthentics. Jay Tolman is C, general chairman of this section with Leland Hafen as master of Sjs ceremonies. These are aided by jpjfe- La Vera McArthur, Ruth Wall, ' Lola Hacking, Anneliese Buggert, SJij ' Reed Blake, Walter Brooks, and I Theron Snyder.
