Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, January 24, 1338. Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Salt Lake City, Utah has made Application Appli-cation in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 4,000 ac. ft. of water from the Right fork of North creek, a tributary of Virgin river, in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be stored from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31, inclusive, of each year by means of an impounding dam constructed con-structed across the channel of said P.ight fork of North creek, as a point located W. 1700 ft. and S. 200 ft. from the NE corner Sec. 34, T. 40 S., R. 11 W., SLB&M. The reservoir thus formed will have a capacity of 2500 ac. ft. and will be filled more than once each year. The stored water will be released re-leased as needed from February 1 to December 15, inclusive, of each year and allowed to flow in the channel of Right fork of North creek to North creek, from which part of the water will be redivert-ed redivert-ed into the North creek canal at a point located S. 36 dog W. 2904 ft. from the. NE corner Sec. 12, T. 41 S R. 12 W., SLB&M., and into the Virgin Town ditch and the Humphries ditch at a point located S. 1650 ft. and west 990 ft. from the NE corner Sec. 23, T. 41 3., R. 12 W. The balance of said released storage will flow naturally into the Virgin river from which it will be redi verted into canals at points as follows: 1) Hurricane canal, S. 15 dcg. E. 1217 ft. from NW corner Sec. 29, T. -41 S.. R. 12 W.; 2) LaVerkin B-.-nch canal, S. 54 ft. and E. 515 ft. from the SH corner Sec. 19, T. U S , R. 12 W.; (3) St. George -md Washington canal. S. 1150 ft. rod E. 350 ft. from the WH corner cor-ner S'-c. 21, T. 42 S R. 14 W.; i li P.loomington canal, S. 21 deg. j W. 1880 ft. from the E'i corner .v.-c. 31. T. 42 S.. R. 15 W., all from SLB&M.
