Show Funeral Services Held For Francis Albert Blair In Tabernacle Thursday Funeral services for Francis Albert Al-bert Blair were held last Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at 4:00 in the St. George stake Tabernacle under the direction of Bishop Haro'd S. Snow of the South ward. James McArthur, who for a great number of years was associated associ-ated with Mr. Blair, both as his bishop and as a friend, told of his fine qualities of character, especially especi-ally his honesty, integrity, devotion devo-tion to his church, his wife and family and to his friends and neighbors. And in closing prayed the blessings of the Lord upon the bereaved. Mayor Albert E. Miller remarked remark-ed on the large number present to pay their respects and told of the appreciation he and many others felt for the splendid life of Mr. Blair. He paid tribute to him as a worker, husband, father, and associate. Patriarch George W. Worthen mentioned the church members mission in life, the life hereafter and eternal progression following the resurrection. He spoke of the way Mr. Blair had lived his life and paid tribute to his qualities of character. The wonderful things that are instilled in the hearts of the children through the right teachings of parents and was high in his praise of the things Mr. and Mrs. Blair had taught their children, was told by Mr. Worthen. He closed by praying the blessings of the Lord upon the family in their sorrow. Bishop Snow mentioned his prog-ressiveness, prog-ressiveness, initiative and the kindliness he showed to others and urged the family to emulate the examples set by their father.
