Show NOTICE ST GEORGE DELINQUENT IRRIGATION IR-RIGATION WATER TAX LIST Notice is hereby given that unless un-less the following delinquent irrigation ir-rigation water taxes are paid, together to-gether with the cost of advertising advertis-ing and penalty provided by law, before September 23rd, 1938, the water shares upon which said taxes are a lien, will be sold to St. George City for taxes, penalty and costs beginning at 2 p.m. on said date at the city treasurer's room in the Public Library, St. George. ' Utah. 1 Those wishing to settle before the sale must pay a penalty of 2 per cent and an advertising fee of 25 cents in addition to the taxes printed below. After the sale, there will be an additional cost of S .50 for certificate of sale, S .50 for certificate of redemption, ' and $1.00 for recording fees, on each item of the tax, including interest at 8 per cent. i List of Delinquent Water Taxes: Name Am't.
