Show Short Creek, Ariz. Mrs. I. V. Carting Reporter Warren Black made a business trip to Cedar City today. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair are home for a few days from the sawmill on Kiabab. I,oonard Black and Fred Jcssop went lo Hurricane Monday after fruit. Carl Hammond, county attorney; Krnest Graham, county sheriff, and Mr. Larve. county supervisor, were visitors here the past two days on business and also campaigning cam-paigning for the election, which will he held September 13. Henry Covington has employment employ-ment at Frednnia and will leave today. Mrs. Viva Covington has gone lo St. George to visit her mother. Messrs. Reed. Painter a n d Blankenoggle of the government division of grazing, held meetings here Friday and Saturday at the school house. Cattle and sheep men from all over Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip were present. pre-sent. A line was drawn between the cattle and sheep men's grazing graz-ing areas. W. K. Johnson, who owns and runs a sawmill at Glendale, Utah, spent the week-end at home with his family. |
