Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS THE STATE OF UTAH Office of State Engineer, Salt Lake City, December 5, 1940. Donal J. Jolley, Springdale, Utah, has filed Application No. 13930 to appropriate 0.015 sec. ft. of water (6.73 g. p. m.) from Jolley Gulch spring, a tributary of Clear Creek in Kane county. The water will be diverted during the entire year at the point of issuance of the spring located N. 1320 ft. and E. 75 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 5, T. 41 S., R. 9 W., SLB&M and used for domestic and culinary cul-inary purposes, together with incidental in-cidental stock watering and irrigation irri-gation of lawns and gardens not exceeding V2 acre in area. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humph-erys, Humph-erys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and S1-P0 filing fee on or before February 8, 1941. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
