Show Yeyo Mrs. James F. Cottam Reporter Miss LaVerde Chadburn has returned re-turned home after a two week's visit with relatives at Panaca. Owen Woodruff and William Palmer held a church welfare meeting here Thursday afternoon. Enterprise, Central and Gunlock were well represented. Mrs. Don Judd and small daughter of St. George have been spending the past week here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Ben-jamin Chadburn. Miss Naomi Fordham and Mr. Marwaring, stake Sunday school officers visited our Sunday school last Sunday. Mrs. Leland Hirschi and small son of St. George, spent the week-end at Veyo with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Jones. A number from here attended the Temple sessions in St. George Saturday. Missionaries attending Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting here Sunday afternoon after-noon were Thomas Terry and Seth Harper. Their talks were inspiring and the music Mr. Harper favored us with was a real treat. Mrs. Catherine Bunker of St. George spent the week-end here with her son, James R. Bunker and family. The Misses Berle and Nell Bowler of Gunlock were visiting here Sunday. Mrs. Archie Chadburn, formerly form-erly of this place, now residing in American Fork, was visiting friends here the past few days. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Leavitt and family of St. George spent Sunday Sun-day here. Dr. and Mrs. Hiatt of St. George, Mrs. Vilate Hiatt and Mrs. Dora Stephens of Parowan, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Mil-ton Bowler Sunday. The three ladies are sisters of Mrs. Bowler. |
