Show Mrs. William Atkin Tells Of Marriage of Son, William Floyd, In Salt Lake Mrs. William Atkin returned Saturday Sat-urday evening from the Arizona Strip where she has spent the past ten days with her husband. On her return she is making known the marriage of their son, William Floyd Atkin to Ellen Lyman which took place in the Salt Lake Temple, Saturday, Nov. 30. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert R, Lyman of Salt Lake City, Mr. Lyman being be-ing patriarch of the Salt Lake L. D. S. stake. An informal family dinner at the Lyman home honored Mr. and Mrs. Atkin, also the bride's brother, broth-er, Albert and his wife who were married the same day. The event was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Atkin. William Floyd Atkin was prominent prom-inent in the art and mechanics departments of the Dixie junior college from which he graduated in 1937. He also completed courses in refrigeration and has been employed in Salt Lake City the past year by the Winters Manufacturing Co., and met his bride as a result of this employment. employ-ment. They will continue to reside re-side in Salt Lake City. |
