Show Rockville Miss Marcia Terry Reporter Miss Lorraine Gale of Orange, Calif., is here staying with her aunt, Mrs. Howard Hirschi. She started school at Hurricane last Monday. Mrs. Alton Jones entertained her club Friday evening at Pinocle. Pi-nocle. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Langston, Ernest Langston and Mrs. Almeda Dalton spent Wednesday in St. George transacting business. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Miles from Idaho Falls visited with Mr. Miles' sister, Mrs. Alton Jones during the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Namsor and son, Earl, are here visiting their daughter, Mrs. Jake Dalton and family. Miss Rae Hirschi and Miss lone Demill, who are employed at Kanab are visiting their homes here for a few days. Geddes Brown is back from Cedar City where his work took him for the past week. The Bee Hive girls put on a basket dance here Friday night. A welfare meeting of the surrounding sur-rounding stakes was held here Wednesday afternoon. A number of townspeople are suffering with intestinal flu. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mahan, daughter Pat and son Dennis, will leave Wednesday morning for Reno, to visit his mother. Mrs. George Mahan until after Christmas. Christ-mas. The contractors of the new hall have moved into the David Dennett Den-nett residence. Other out-of-town relatives who 'attended the funeral of Brigham ; Dalton were Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dalton and three daughters of Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Dalton of Si. George. Mr. and-Mrs. and-Mrs. Jake Ferrin of Cane Beds and a number of other people from Hurricane. |
