Show CLUB MEMBERS TO RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIPS One hundred different scholarships, scholar-ships, valued at $500 each will be given away in 1931 to -100 4-H club members. These scholarships will be distributed geographically over the United States. Washington Washing-ton county will enter two outstanding out-standing club members in this contest. Miss LaRue Cox, of St. George, has entered in a home-making contest, and Lester Johnson of Hurricane has entered an agricultural agri-cultural project. These agricultural scholarships will be given by the International Harvester company in celebration of the centennial of the invention of the reaper by Cyrus Hall Mccormick. |
