Show PRIMARY OFFICERS H0LDC0NVENT!0N Representatives of All Zion Park Stake Wards But One In Attendance. A very successful Primary convention con-vention for superintendJnts, choristers, chor-isters, organists, and play leaders of the Zion Park stake was held Friday, February 6, at the home of Mrs. Jos. Wittwer in Hurricane. Hurri-cane. Mrs. Mina Hinton conducted conduct-ed the meeting. The playlet, The Music Makers, which is outlined for the spring program, was presented, and suggestions sug-gestions and helps in dancing and rhythm were given. Talks were made by Stake Superintend- , ent Rhoda R. Prince, Mrs. Lizzie B. Isom, all ward presidents, and ! Mr. DeMille. Roll call showed the following from each ward in the stake in attendance: Springdale, 6; Rock-ville, Rock-ville, 6; Virgin, 6; La Verkin, 4; Toquerville, 7; Hurricane North, 9; Hurricane South, 9; and two visitors. On account of the condition condi-tion of the roads, the representatives represen-tatives of the Short Creek ward were unable to attend. , Two of the wards reported having hav-ing good harmonica and rhythm bands, and it is expected that ! these bands will be organized in ! all of the wards soon. i |
