Show ROCKVILLE" ROCKVTLLE, Feb. 9Richard R. Young, church architect, of Salt Lake City, was a visitor at the home of Bishop Jones Friday. Phoebe C. Terry and Annie Ballard Bal-lard spent Thursday afternoon in Springdale doing Relief Society work. Mrs. Sarah Lemmons spent Saturday Sat-urday here with Mrs. Annie Ballard. Bal-lard. The Misses Esta Smith and Eva Leavitt spent the week end in St. George. Elwin Ballard was a Hurricane visitor Monday. Mrs. Josephine Sandberg was here Thursday, assisting with the Relief Society home management project. Our home missionaries, Irvil Sanders and Reed Wilson, held a cottage meeting at the home of David Terry Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Ballard spent Monday in St. George. Mrs. Clara Connell and son, Edwin Ed-win DeMille, were visitors in St. George last week. Miss Augusta Russell was ill Thursday. Miss Vera Harmon spent Sunday Sun-day here with friends. "Oscar DeMille and Grant Lang-ston Lang-ston returned Sunday after having hav-ing spent the past week doing home missionary work in the Hurricane North ward. J. H. Jennings left Saturday for Phoenix to visit his nephews, Riley, Ri-ley, Lorenzo and Irvin Jennings. Stephen Jennings spent the w7eek end in St. George. Our speakers in sacrament meet- ing Sunday were Jos. Webb, Jas. Jepson, Lvvil Sanders and Reed j Wilson. |
