Show NEW IIARMONY NEW HARMONY, Feb. 8. Ten guests were entertained at a chicken supper at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Pace last Tuesday evening. President Wm. R. Palmer, Stake Clerk C. E. Riddle, and Mrs. Rose Anderson, stake Primary president, were visitors at Primary conference confer-ence Sunday. Albert F. Mathis, Elmer Taylor and Donald Schmutz have returned return-ed from Kanab where they have been on mohair business. Henry A. Pace, Albert F. Mathis and J. L. Prince have been called to Salt Lake City to attend court. Miss Berneice Neilson is home for a short vacation. She is employed em-ployed at Cedar City with the telephone company. Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Naegle of Toquerville were here last week on business. The Scouts here are observing Scout anniversary week as outlined outlin-ed by the Timpanogas council. Sheriff Wm. Brooks and a. United Unit-ed States marshal were here last Friday. Eliza P. Kelsey will leave February Feb-ruary 10 for Carey, Idaho, where she will spend the remainder of the winter. A shower in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Iverson was given in the ward meeting house last week. Many beautiful and useful presents pres-ents were received, and the evening eve-ning spent in dancing and game. About fifty guests were present- |
