Show NOTICE V NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION, CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, COUN-TY, UTAH Public Notice Is hereby given that on Saturday, the 20th day of April, A.D., 1935, a special election will be held within the limits of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, for the purpose iOf submitting to such qualified electors of said City as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election the following question, ques-tion, to wit: "Shall revenue bonds of the City of St. George, Washington Washing-ton County, Utah, in the sum of $102,000.00 payable serially within thirty (30) years from the date of issue solely from the net revenues of the entire waterworks system of said City, and bearing interest at a rate not to exceed four (4) per centum cen-tum per annum, payable semiannually, semi-annually, be Issued pursuant to Chapter 22, Laws of the State of Utah, Second Special Ses sion, 1933, commonly known as the "Revenue Bond Act of 1933," for the purpose of defraying de-fraying in part the cost of Improving Im-proving and repairing the existing exist-ing waterworks system of said City of St. George to be pledged pledg-ed to the payment of said revenue rev-enue bonds?" At said election the form of ballot shall be as follows: BOND ELECTION BALLOT YES ( ) For the Issue of Bonds NO ( ) If It is desired to vote in favor of the issue ot said bonds, the voter shall place an "X" in the space after the word YES. If it is desired to vote against the issue of said bonds, the voteT shall place an "X" in the space artc-r the word NO. That on tho reverse side of the said ballot shall be for the following: OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, UTAH SPECIAL BOND ELECTION April 20, 1935. Phillip Foremaster. M. and shall remain open until un-til the hour of 7 o'clock P. M. The polling places for all qualified qual-ified electors of the said City of St. George at this election shall be as follows: The St. George East Precinct at Courthouse. The St. George West Precinct at residence of C. F. Foster, Jr., in the City of St. George, Washington Wash-ington County, Utah. The judges of Election of eald polling places shall be as follows: For St. George East Precinct-H. Precinct-H. R. Bentley, c. C. Star, Claud Morris.
