Phone 247-2350 I J Couple honored at reception Davis Morrill of Tridell and Thelma Gardner of Roosevelt were married Friday, Fri-day, March 25 at the reception center at the Moon Lake building in Roosevelt. They were honored that evening at a dance at the Golden Age Center in Vernal. Ver-nal. The Morrills will leave March 30 for a trip to Florida where they will visit in Gainsville with Davis' brother, Dr. Glen Morrill and with Thelma's daughter. Wade Haslem had knee surgery performed per-formed Wednesday evening at the Payson hospital. His mother, Isola Haslem, and brother, Donald, went out to be with him. They also visited at the home of Ron and Jean Ruiz in Provo. Mrs. Merlin McKee left Thursday morning mor-ning for Malta, Idaho to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Hill. She was accom- panied by his sister in Salt Lake City. Mrs. McKee plans on returning Saturday. Lisa Goodrich is in Blackfoot, Idaho where she is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reid Goodrich. . u . , Lon and Sherrig Brinkerhoff went to St. George Saturday to visit Lon's family. fami-ly. Tuesday, Lon's father, LeGrande Brinkerhoff , suffered a heart attack and is intensive care. Lon and Sherrie stayed in St. George a few extra days to be with him. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Harvey, Morgan' were visitors this week at the Farrel Simmons home. While traveling in, Mr. Harvey suffered a kidney stone attack in Duchesne and was taken to the Duchesne County Hospital in Roosevelt where he remained a patient for two to.
