Quest PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that DAVID ALLAN QUEST and SHARON KAY QUEST have petitioned to adopt TARREN MARIE QUEST, and that their petition will come on for hearing before the Honorable Marjorie D. You are being served with this notice because you are the natural mother of TARREN MARIE QUEST. If a decree of adoption is granted, TARREN TAR-REN MARIE QUEST will no longer be considered your child by the law. He will be considered the child of the petitioners.
