Show - - - x WOODIE L. SITES Woodie L Sites dies in accident Woodie Lawrence Sites, 26, of Vernal died in the LDS Hospital, Feb. 14, 1981, following an automobile accident. He was born Sept. 14, 1954 in Wichita, Kan. to Herb H. and Leneta Key Sites. He married Tonya Renee Hooks Dec. 26, 1974 in Houston, Texas. He worked in the oil field for Parker Drilling Co. and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Funeral services were Feb. 18, in the Thomson's Vernal Mortuary. Rev. Howard Porter conducted the service. Kathi Morehouse played the prelude music. "The Lords Prayer," was sung by Shirley Porter accompanied by Kathi Morehouse. Following a scripture scrip-ture and prayer, Shirley Porter sang "Red River Valley" accompanied by Kathi Morehouse. Interment was in the Vernal Memorial Park. Military rights were by the American Legion. Pallbearers were James Hooks, Jr., Steve Cluff, Craig Whitney, Mike Brackett, Rod Knotter and Curt Lance. Survivors are his wife of Vernal; two daughters, Kymbra and Shilo both of Vernal; father of Jane, Mo.; brothers and sisters, Elmer of Denver, Colo., Bob of Eagle Grove, Iowa, John and Mrs. Sherry both of Redfield, Iowa, Michael of Southwest City, Iowa, Cathy of Desoto, Iowa, Gaile Daetwiler, Enid, Okla., Sheryl Schaffer of Garden City, Kan. |
