Show BOLOGNA HALF SHELLS 1 Rye Rolls 8 slices Eckrich Bologna, thick sliced yt cop Butter 2 quarts Cabbage, shredded 2 tablespoons Sour Cream Yt teaspoon Salt 't teaspoon Pepper 8 slices American or Cheddar Cheese Split rolls and scoop out centers. Fry bologna slices on one side in one tablespoon butter until cup-shaped; drain and place in center of rolls. Saute cabbage in remaining butter several minutes Just uniil tender. Stir in sour cream; salt and pepper. Spoon into bologna shells and top with cheese slices. Broil until cheese is bubbly. Serves 8. |
