The Dodgers downed the Yankees, 8 to 4, Friday and went on to place first in the Bronco League. The Pirates placed first in the Mustang League and the Dodgers garnered first place in the Pony League. However, Hallett was forced out at second se-cond base and the next two batters grounded out. The Dodgers scored one run in the top of the sixth inning to take a lead of 8 to 3.
