SUNNYSIDE SALAD 4 fresh California nectarines ii cup cottage cheese 2 fresh California 2 cups melon balls Bartlett pears Mjt sprigs Vi pound grapes 14 cup salad dressing 1 egg white, lightly beaten 14 cup sherbet Powdered sugar 1 head western iceberg lettuce, crisped Halve and pit nectarines. Halve, core and slice pears. Cut . grapes into 4 clusters and moisten with egg; coat with powdered sutjar. Line serving bowls with lettuce leaves and fill with "remainder "re-mainder of head, shredded. Arrange 2 nectarine halves in each bowl and spoon V6 cup cottage cheese over the halves. Arrange other fruits around nectarines. Garnish with mint. Serve with combination of salad dressing and sherbet. |
