Show Tridell Loma ITlcKee Phone 247-3177 1 9 Aaron Simmons have new baby girl Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Simmons are rejoicing over the arrival of a new baby girl born at the Uintah County Hospital Aug. 27. The baby weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz., and will be named Shawny. Mary Ann Butler and her mother Lila from Lehi visited last week at the Ben Wilson home and Milton Wilson home. Elizabeth Morrill, Bountiful, is visiting at the Ray Haslem home. Award primary preparation meeting was held Wednesday night to start the new year. Jerry Goodrich, ward Bishopric member was the guest speaker. Janet Merkley is the new primary president replacing Edna Wallace. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Wallace are having a new home built in the north end of Tridell. Bonnie Chapman is here from Palmer, Alaska taking care of her parents' home for a time. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Goodrich moved from Bountiful to Tridell Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Ward Goodrich and Morris McKee went to Bountiful to assist them in moving. School started Monday morning with students and teachers returning to the various schools. Teachers from our area are Errol Merkley, who is principal prin-cipal at West Jr. High; Bernie Woollard, math teacher at West Jr. High; and Reneita Woollard, teacher's aide. ,. Mr. and Mrs. Winford Gray returned to Lehi for the Labor Day weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Garth Ross and Robyn, Sparks Nev., were visitors Saturday at the DeVon McKee home. They brought their daughter Jill up to attend BYU this year. Fern Bartlett is the registration agent for Tridell. A number of people registered Tuesday for the coming election. |
