J Ktut further discussed the instructional methods and procedures used at the Vocational Center designed to meet the individual needs of students. Open entry-open exit means ' that students may enter most programs anytime it is convenient for them to begin schooling. Flexibility of scheduling allows the student and the center to meet special training and employment schedules. An important instructional method at the center is the individually prescribed instruction approach to allow each student to learn at their individual capacity consistent with personal abilities and time available, said Bergquist. Kxpanded curriculum offerings are available this school year in both the Business and the T & I Department as well as a Nurse Aide course in the Allied Health Dept. New this year will be a pre-assessment pre-assessment and career guidance program to assist students in preparing for career choices that will be the key to the development of "Individual Em-ployability Em-ployability Plans."
