Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the County Courthouse in Vernal, Uintah County, Utah, on Tuesday the 25th day of September, 1979, at the hour of 12:00 o'clock noon of said day: Beginning at a point on the quarter line of 480 feet North and 180 feet West of the center of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian Meri-dian and running thence West 15 feet; thence South 117 ft. ; thence West 209.25 feet more or less to point 24.5 rods West of the quarter section line; thence North two feet six inches; thence West 11 Vb rods; thence North 35-517 rods; thence East 11 V3 rods; thence South 368 feet; thence East 224.25 feet; thence South 99 feet to the place of beginning.
