Ele-mentary. John Adams Leavitt was b:rn in Emporia, Kansas cn April 3.1, 10:10, and passed pass-ed away at his Cortez home cn June 24, after a long illness. ill-ness. Surviving are his widow, Gladys Davis Leavitt, of Ccrtez; and four children, Jclin of Tucscn, Arizona, Xcra Masher, of Cortez; Ann Reno, Kearney, Nebraska; and Si'ar Stevens, Subic Bay, Fit.'llipines. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren. Other survivors include a bather, Ben, Yellow Jacket, Jack-et, Colorado; and two sisters, sis-ters, Hazel and Stella, bath of Ogden.
