Show ..;..flflfc7fcl.j RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION PERTAINING PERTAIN-ING TO SEWER RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE SPANISH VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT IMPROVE-MENT DISTRICT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SPANISH VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT IMPROVE-MENT DISTRICT, a body politic duly organized under the laws of the Slate of Utah and created by the County Commission of the County of Grand, State of Utah, that: The rates for sewer service In the Spanish Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District Dis-trict territory shall be as follows: 1. Residential rales: (a) Single family residential units, Seven and No100 ($7.00) Dollars monthly. (b) Multiple family units, Seven and No100 ($7.00) Dollars monthly. 2. Commercial, Industrial and all other rates: Seven-Three Hundreths (7300) of his commercial users hook-up charge, payable per month.
