Show Canyon Tour Featured This tour includes some of Utah's most famous and spectacular spec-tacular rock formations, a red sand desert, and if you're lucky, a Hollywood movie in production. Begin in Cedar City in the heart of Color Country, and plan on at least -two days. Nearby Cedar City is Pan-guitch Pan-guitch Lake and a short hop to world-famous Bryce National Na-tional Park. The park has towering columns of orange and red sandstone arranged in thousands of different formations. for-mations. Kodachrome Flats and Gro-svenor Gro-svenor Arch are seldom seen, but offer great photographic opportunities. Old Paria is a 19th sentury ghost town surrounded sur-rounded by colorful rock formations. for-mations. The Vermillion Cliffs are " part of the backdrop for the Johnson Canyon Movie Set, the main set for over 100 Hollywood productions. Ka-nab Ka-nab is the center for location films, just a short trip to the Coral Pink Sand Dune State Park, a vast sea of shifting red dunes.
