Show Solons Plan .Region Meetings Senator Carl Pet-terson, Pet-terson, Chairman of the Utah State Legislature's Legislative Council Sub-Committee on Natural Nat-ural Resources, announced an-nounced today in Salt Lake City that public meetings will be held in four regional areas of Utah where citizens may voice their concern con-cern in regard to land use legislation and the need for this type of legislation. Meetings are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on the dates and locations noted below: Logan, Utah - September Sep-tember 21 (Friday) -Forestry-Zoology Building Buil-ding Auditorium at the Utah State University. Roosevelt, Utah September 21 (Friday) -Union High School Auditorium. Aud-itorium. Cedar City, Utah -September 28 (Friday) -The Recital Hall at the Southern Utah State College. Ephraim, Utah - September Sep-tember 28 (Friday) -Noyes Building Auditorium Audi-torium at Snow College. Senator Petterson stated that the Natural Resources Sub-Committee of the Legislative Leg-islative Council is now considering land use legislation. The public meetings are being held so Natural Resources Sub-Committee members mem-bers and legislators from these areas can hear what the citizens of these areas feel about land use legislation. legis-lation.
