Show Parent survival course offered through Title I The Purent Advisory Council Coun-cil of the Grand County Title I program will be sponsoring a Parent Survival course for parents of children ages 2 to 18, beginning Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7:30 p.m. The five to six weekly sessions will be conducted con-ducted at Southeast Elementary Ele-mentary School by Roger Christenson, Bob Greenberg, and Laurel Bray of Four Corners Mental Health Center. The class is designed to help parents manage the behavior of their children and to help them deal with problem behavior. be-havior. Video tapes and slides will help to illustrate four basic rules of behavior management, man-agement, or "how to like your kids all over again." Arrangements Arrange-ments for the Parent Survival course have been made as a result of an expressed need by parents and upon recommendation recommend-ation of parents who were involved in a similar course conducted last summer. There is a $10.00 fee for the entire course, or a $2.00 fee for each class session. Enrollment Enroll-ment is open to any interested parent, and is not limited to the parents of Title I students. stu-dents.
