Show 1 if 1 l ; j V t Grand County High School Cheerleaders have prepared iai special Routine for pres-entaitijan pres-entaitijan at the Lions Club Talent Show to Local Residents St ar in Lions Show A large number of talented local citizens will "do their stuff" in the Lions Club talent tal-ent show this Friday and Saturday, reported planners this week. Co-chairmen Van Welch and ev Spencer have coordinated coor-dinated talent for the show, proceeds to benefit a free glaucoma clinic locally. Admission Ad-mission to the show at Star Hall will be $1.00 for adults and 50 cents for kids and be held this weekend. They are bnly one of ithe seventeen acts 'fa be performed. Under the direction of Master of Ceremonies Bruce Olsen, the show will include the following and other acts: Mike Arehart and Sherril Pectol, voice duet; Barbara' Fetters, singing and playing guitar; Charma Young, piano pia-no solo; teenage squaredanc-ers squaredanc-ers in exhibition; Duane Barker, playing guitar and singing his own song, also an act wit ha puppet. Laurel Bailey, country and western singer; Bruce Olsen, guitar solo; Order of the Arrow Boy Scouts, Indian adncing; High School cheerleaders, cheer-leaders, routine; "Mad Russian Rus-sian 5" tap dance routine; Kit Walker students ,dance act; "Swinger Dingers," a dance act; Tex McClatchey giving a monologue on "Tourism;" "Tour-ism;" Bob Norman in his well remembered "Weather" skit; and the abrielle Trio, singers. |
