Please take Notice that the Sheriff of Grand County will hold a public sale on any and all of Jan R. Christenseri's interest in and to that contract by and between himself and Pasha Oil dated the 6th day of November, 1974, copies of which may be found in either the Clerk's or Sheriff's Office of Grand County, and any interest that Jan R. Christensen Christen-sen may have in the mineral, oil and gas leases or properties described in said Agreement, and royalties therefrom, to be held on the 25th day of February, 1977, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. on the steps of the Grand County Courthouse.
