Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS - The following applications , have been filed with the State Engineer to change and ! appropriate water in Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise desig-! desig-! nated. Locations in SLB&M. : a-8258 (05 Area) Moab . Irrigation Company, co Margie Mar-gie Shafcr, Sccty., Moab, Utah ', 84532, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 19.33 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Ferdinand Erickson Decree of Dec. 18, 1907, and the Christensen supplemental decree de-cree of August 30. 1910 on Civil Case 170. 7th District Court. The water has been diverted from Mill Creek at a points. 1150 ft. and W. 270 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 7. T26S. R22E; and used for domestic -purposes of 30 families. Istockwatering of 500 cattle, 100 horses, 1000 sheep; and used for irrigation of 1063.5 iacs. as per decrees on Civil 170. Hereafter. 19.33 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore and also from following points on Mill Creek: Wilson Mesa No. 1:N. 1025 ft. and W. 2250 ft. from NEcor. Sec. 21; Wilson Mesa No. 2: N. 1450 ft. and W. 1400 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 29, both T26S. R24E; Sheley Diversion to be located S. 1000 ft. and E. 650 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 4. T27S, R23E; Plainfield (Mill Creek) Dam to be located N. 250 ft. and W. 475 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 5, T26S. R22E; and from Lance Diversion to be located in Sec. 8. at a point S. 1350 ft. and E. 600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 7. T26S, R22E. It is also proposed to store all or a portion of this water in the Plainfield Dam Reservoir for-.med for-.med by a 206 ft. high dam impounding 10,000 ac. ft. of water and inundating 148 acs. in all or portions of Sees. 3. 4. 5, 8. 9, 10, T26S, R22E. The water is to be used for supplemental uses as follows: domestic purposes of 300 families, stockwatering of 2700 cattle, 100 horses, 1000 sheep, municipal purposes for Moab City, industrial, recreational, fishery, flood control; and used from Feb. 15 to Dec. 15 for supplemental irrigation of 7308 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 1063.5 acs. in Sees. 10-12. 14-15. 21-22. 26-27, 34, T26S. SE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family, stock-watering stock-watering of five cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in Sec. 20. T26S. Sec. 21, T26S, R22E (3.7 mi. SE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NE'. Sec.l. T26S. R22E. 44925 (92-195) Frank Brock, Green River, Utah 84525. 0.5 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Green River at a point N. 1920 ft. and W. 80 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 17, T20S, R16E (5.8 mi. north of Green River); and used from Mar. V. to Nov. 15 for the stock watering of 50 cattle; and uset for the irrigation of 20 acs. it SWWNWV4 Sec. 21, T20S R16E.
