Show Moab man injured in car wreck A head-on collision sent a Moab man to the hospital hos-pital with a broken arm and cuts on March 25, according to Highway Patrol Trooper Lynn Pier-son. Pier-son. Injured -was Albert Brown, who was not at fault in the accident. Also sustaining minor cuts and bruises were Jolene Anderson, An-derson, 17, Wellington. Ut., and Linda Powell, IS, Ely, Nev., occupants of the other vehicle. The accident occurred at 6:15 p.m. Anderson was driving a 1970 Plymouth Ply-mouth and turned onto 4th East from U.S. 163. She was going too fast, according accord-ing to the report, and collided head on with a 1972 Ford pickup driven by Brown. Both vehicles were total losses. Anderson was cited for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and no driver's license. |
