Show Senior Citizen Center i a notch closer i after Tuesday meet j. The Senior Citizen Center I Committee met Tuesday morning I and took several concrete steps I towards their goal of realizing a j new senior facility in Moab. Jack Ehlers, Salt Lake City, who J has designed a number of buildings in the area, was designated architect for the project; plans to assure the building site were made: I the status of the grant application I was reviewed; and it was decided to I elicit donations for construction of I the building. I A future schedule of activities j needed to implement these de- J cisions was made. Jack West, J chairman of the committee, will meet with the County Commission j on April 3 to request that j commissioners sign a resolution j designating the parcel of county-j county-j owned land where the current I senior citizen facility stands as the I site for a new center. J Ken McDougald was asked to j contact Bruce Armstrong, of the ! Four Comers Regional Cornmis- sion, as soon as it is known how much money is still available this I fiscal year.
