Show NOTICE OF REDESIGNATION OF CANYONLANDS AND CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARKS, UTAH TO CLASS I SPD AREAS UNDER EPA PREVENTION OF SIGNIFICANT DETERIORATION IN AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS The Secretary of the Interior pursuant to EPA Prevention of Significant Deterioration in Air Quality (PSD) Regulations (40 CFR S52.21), is considering redesignating Canyonlands National Park and Capitol Reef National Park from Class II to Class I PSD Areas. Written notice of this action, including a timetable of procedures to be followed by the Department of the Interior in the designation designa-tion process, will be on public display at the following locations: loca-tions: Utah State Office, National Park Service, 125 S. State Street, Room 2209, Salt Lake City, Utah 84138; Canyonlands National Park, 446 South Main Street, Moab, Utah 84532; Capitol Reef National Park, Torrey, Utah 84775.
