Show Ferron livestock show slated for July 7 Around 500 animals will be shown, judged and sold at the Southeastern Utah Jr. Livestock Live-stock Show in Ferron, Utah, July 7 through 9. FFA and 4-H youths from throughout the state will be competing for ribbons, cash prizes and recognition for hard work with their livestock throughout the year. The registration deadline for animals to be shown is July 5. All FFA and 4-H members under 19-years of age are invited to enter lambs, hogs, beef and breeding stock in the competition. Also featured for the first time this year will be purebred goat judging and showing. A horse show will also be featured July 8 and 9. Individuals will be limited to two entries per class for the show. July 7 FFA and 4-H members w ill have a chance to test their judging skills.
