Show N Weekend Arrests Mode On Controlled Suhsfonc A total of 14 persons were arrested by Utah Highway Patrol officers over the long Labor Day weekend and all were charged with possession posses-sion of a controlled substance On Saturday, Sept. 2, Sgt. Ralph Benson picked up three men from Las Vegas Nevada, and charged them with possession of a controlled control-led substance. Arrested were Kenneth McDonald, 23; Frederick Fred-erick Wahlstrom, 21; and Michael Rossitcr, 19. They appeared . before Justice of the Peace Al Lange at Crescent Cres-cent Junction and were fined ?25 each. Trooper Charles, Weber arrested four persons on Sun. day, Sept. 3, about 1 mile west of Crescent Junction. Charged in the incident were Bougies K. Wagner, 21, of Denver, Colo.; Anthony J. DeAngelis, 20, Youngstown Ohio; Michael G. Morrissey, 19,. Riverside, Calif.; and Harry - K. Morrison, 19, Orlando, Or-lando, Fla. Their car a 19C2 Ford, was impounded to the State Department of Finance. Earlier that day, Trooper Ron Wood had arrested Betty Bet-ty J, Dubois, 25, of Hunts-ville, Hunts-ville, Ala.,- and George D. Covington, ' 23, of Basalt, Colo. They too, were, charg-. ed with possession of a controlled con-trolled substance and appeared appear-ed before Justice ; of the Peace Lange and were fined $25 each and released. At 4:4o p.m. Sept. 3, Wood stopped a 56 Oldsmobile east cf Thompson on US 50-6 and arrested David A. Kellerman 18, Prescdtt, Ariz. ; Karen Kellerman; 24, and Lam, , ,Jie Kellerman, 25, both of L Colo, on charges of L sion of a controlled SUL Filing of charges agafi?' automobile are pending.
