John Girton, Denver, Colo.; John Oler, Hemet, Calif.; and Carl Robb of Colorado Springs discuss tour and Avion Travelcade Arrives for Visit Over forty members from fifteen states are on hand in Mcab this week for the First Annual Roundup of the Southwest South-west Region of The Avion Travelcade Club. All are owners of Avion travel trailers trail-ers or campers. According to E. Clotigh of Apache Junction, Arizona, Moab was just the "right scenic spot"' for the get together which is designed de-signed to be more social than business, while the owners own-ers began arriving early in the week the actual dates of the "Roundup"' are Wednesday Wednes-day through Saturday. Headquartered at Holirirry Haven, the participants scramble scram-ble to their owners' directories director-ies checking out the trailer numbers as each arrival pulls in. The Travelcade Club is made up of over five thousand thous-and owners of Avion equip- . ment from throughout the nation and the southwest re- s'ghtseeing plans with Ed Clough of Apache Junction, Ariz., general chairman of the Avion Travel ade Club gioff is made up from owners in California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, dough pointed out that while there are several national and international get togtthers annually this is a first ior the southwest region.
