Show City Court News. . . There were a number of arraignments with trials scheduled sche-duled in City Court for future dates. On Feb. 26 Rodney Harriosn appeared on a charge of driving during suspension. He entered a plea of guilty and was ordered to serve 10 days in jail. A preliminary hearing was held Feb. 27 for Paul K. Hurlburt, who was charged with possession of stolen property. He was represented by attorney Harry Snow, and County Attorney Bill Benge appeared to prosecute on behalf of the State of Utah. After the evidence was presented, pre-sented, Judge Don Crist ordered Hurlburt to appear in Seventh Judicial District Court March 16 to enter a plea. His bail was set in the amount of $1,000. |
