Show Franciscan Mission Coming To St. Francis Church A five day Mission, hosted by The Episcopal Church of St. Francis, will take place beginning begin-ning Friday evening, March 12 ' at 7:30 p.m. The conductor of the Mis- ; sion will be Brother Robert, currently the Guardian (Pas- : tor) to the Franciscan Friars on Long Island and San Francisco. Francis-co. Brother Robert, an Angi-can Angi-can Priest, was educated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge Cam-bridge and Cuddesdon Theological Theo-logical College, Oxford, England. Eng-land. He served for 10 years as parish priest in The Diocese of Durham in the industrial north-east of England before t s. i i becoming a Franciscan Friar in 1964. Following is a complete schedule of Brother Robert's activities. All are open to the community of Moab. We are sure his visit will prove spiritually enriching for anyone any-one who participates. Friday, March 12 (7:30 p.m.) - Evening Mission of Preaching, prayers, and hymns. Saturday, March 13 (6 p.m.) -Pot Luck Supper and informal discussion with Brother Robert about the work and ministry of the Franciscans. Sunday, March 14 ) 10 a.m.) - Holy Eucharist with Brother Robert preaching. (6 p.m.) - Meeting with Junior High and Senior High Youth Groups. Monday, March 15 (7:30 p.m.) - Evening Mission of Preaching, prayers and hymns. Tuesday, March 16 (9 a.m. -4 p.m.) - All Parish Quiet Day. A day of quiet and reflection with several oral meditations by the Franciscan. Bring a sack Iunch--beverages provided. All welcome but we request that you remain for the entire day.
