Show Local Boy Makes Good (Sandwiches, That Is ) Former Moabite Greg Gusl-alson Gusl-alson is now the proprietor of The Munch Shoppe in Salt Lake Cily. After opening last November, the Shoppe fca-lu fca-lu res naiural food in a natural and relaxing selling that was remodeled to Greg's design. The Shoppe claims to have "Sail Lake's Greatest Sand-. Sand-. wiches" of roasl beef, corned beef, Jianu. ehee.se. ?. and sproius.' anil ihe ""special mcal-in-ilself Munchwich", all served on a wheat roll made lo and exclusive recipe. Fresh avacado sandwiches are lea in red every Tuesday. The menu includes 12 different herb teas. 7 different juices, and a Colombian blend of toffee at 15 cents a cup. Original art and handicrafts are also on display in' the associated Co-Op Shoppe in i lie restaurant, which is located at 371 South West Temple. Greg left Moab about two years ago to become Advertising Advertis-ing Director for Southeast Showcase furniture store. He : has continued to be active in JayCce affairs in Salt Lake City as he was in Moab. But t he popularity of his bright and cheerful enterprise is growing enough that he will soon expand his Shoppe to include more tables and a roof-lop garden seating area.
