Show One Stop Service Will Inform Communities of Development Aid Steps have been taken under un-der a direcive from President Presi-dent Lyndon Johnson to assure that rural commun-ities commun-ities in Grand county have acress to all existing services ser-vices in their development ; efforts, Chairman Kimball C. Harward of the county's Technical Action Panel said this week. Mr. Harward, who resides in Price, is also County Supervisor Su-pervisor of Farmers Home Administration. He said the system will be operated through the Technical Action Ac-tion Panel. The county TAP will serve as a central, "one stop" source of information j on programs available to rural communities that possibly pos-sibly might help them solve economic problems and develop de-velop community facilities. Harward said it will a'h'anr-e the Agriculture De- partment's "outreach program., pro-gram., designed to insure that rural community needs are not overlooked, and that rural people know of programs available to them both through the Department Depart-ment of Agriculture and other agencies. The Grand County Technical Tech-nical Panel includes local officials of the Department of Agriculture agencies such as Farmers Home Administration. Admini-stration. Soil,. Conservation Services, Agricultural Stabilization Stab-ilization and Conservation Service and Forest Service, as well as the Extension and Vocational Agriculture ser-v'eos, ser-v'eos, and representatives of the State Fish and Game Division, and the Bureau of Land Management.
